Can You 24

Hey y'all! It's been a while since I've blogged, but I've started selling Advocare! What is the 24 day challenge?
In the 24 day bundle, that's what I got you receive a box of herbal cleanse that has all your vitamins you will take and the fiber 10 shake that you drink for some days. A bottle of omega plex, this is omega 3 fatty acid and you'll take it every day in the cleanse. Then take it in mornings during 11-24. 2 boxes of spark, one Mandarin Orange and one Fruit Punch, these are your caffeine. I drink 1-2 a day usually in the morning, hot as soon as I wake up, then one in the afternoon. Then u get a box of meal replacement shakes, theses taste like milkshakes, I would suggest either chocolate mocha, Chocolate or Vanilla.
In days 11-24 you use MNS Max 3, C or E. I choose the MNS Max 3 it's pretty much your vitamins for days 11-24.
I love advocare and after this challenge I will be doing it again.
Today here's what my dining room looks like! Please contact me if you want to try these amazing products!

Thanksgiving

I really don't have much of a thanksgiving story for y'all. About a month before Thanksgiving my grandfather passed away unexpectedly, so this holiday was hard.
I went Black Friday shopping till 4AM and saw lots of friends who were home for break.
Here are some pics from that Saturday night.

My Favorite Charities

Im linking up with Kellys Korner to post about something that is dear to my heart, charities. There are two charities that I love helping, Alex's Lemonade Stand and Ordinary Hero. Alexs Lemonade Stand was founded because of a little girl named Alex Scott. She died of a rare childhood cancer. So for 6 years I did a lemonade stand for this charity. Then there is Ordinary Hero, that was founded by a women in my hometown named Kelly Putty. At the top of my blog is a button for their blog, go visit it! -Maggie

Ramblings

I gonna go ahead and warn y'all. This post is going to be long, because well I'm rambling about my life. Today I will use this post more like my journal lol, enjoy. June-25th As I sit here listening to the "beachy playlist" that I just made on I-tunes, I can't think but imagine where I will be in NINE days, Beaches Turkes and Caicos! I must say I am super duper excited to go to Beaches for the 2nd time in two years, but this vacation was um unexpected. Does that make sense? I can always go to the beach, but I need to get in the mood to go, I'm hoping that a little Zac, Kenny, and maybe even some Jimmy Buffett and Brad Paisley will help me get in the mood for the beach. You see, my father just came home one day and said were going on vacation, I don't even know if I can go yet! Lets hope I can, if I can get in touch with the Steph, her grandfather passed away, I will know if I can go or not. :) This week has been pretty blaug, Im not babysitting because Steph has the week off, but I do plan to go to Nashville and maybe even Paducah! I hope you enjoyed my journal for the night! Maggie

Prayers Please

I linked up with Kellys Korner to do a prayer post. I ask that y'all pray for me for one specific thing, my migraines. These migraines are HORRIBLE and I get them weekly! I see a doctor though, so they are getting better, but praying is always good. Also please pray for these families The Boyds- The Family that I nanny for 3 days a week, Steph is about to loose her Grandfather. This has caused the kids to not go on a vacation next week, and we do not know how the death will affect them. The Hightowers- Have you heard about a little 4 year old named BRADY? He fell at a soccer game back in March/April, prob early April. After he fell, he complained about pain in his side all day long, that night his parents, Tammy who was 35 weeks pregnant with their 3rd child, and Steve took them to the Emergency Room. Their, they found out poor little Brady had a tumor. He has been doing good though, having weekly treatments at Vandy and is now a proud BIG BROTHER to TWO sisters! Landon L- She is a student at WKU, an AOPI who was hit by a drunk driver in early June PRAYER... When life Gets too hard to Stand... KNEEL!

Derby Day

I spent my derby weekend babysitting for one of my favorite families, the Gray's! They went to the Derby, so I watched Charlie and Georgia for over 24 hours! It was a very interesting 24 hours I must say haha! Here are some pics of Georgia On Saturday, Derby Day! We went to a fundraiser at a local children's boutique called the Polka Dot Pig that was for one of their cousins. We had lots of fun together and I enjoyed getting to "play" mom to them, but boy was I glad when Robert and Virginia got home! How was y'alls Derby Day?

A High School Graduate

Sorry folks about just leaving y'all, trust me I have been busy. Here are some pictures to prove it! Over the time since I have last updated a lot of things have happened! I have attended my senior prom, the blue dress:), done an awesome senior prank, and graduated from high school! Now it is summer! And I bet a bunch of y'all are wondering what I am doing, well I have a JOB! I am working 3 days a week for a family in my neighborhood with 2 of their 3 children. I love this job, but Im missing the kids because I have been in Florida for almost 2 WEEKS! I had to fly home early though because I am taking an 8 day class to get free classes at the Community College, ugh yeah Im not so happy about that. If I had made a better score on the ACT I would be going to Ole Miss, of corse, but soon Fall will be here and we will be heading to Oxford to see my bestie Trey, and to do some tailgating. My vacation to Florida... 3 words... Pool, Eat, Repeat. Haha! It was very relaxing and being on Anna Maria for 10 days was great! I must say though, my mother and I very on fighting terms almost by the tenth day, thats what we get for staying with 2 other girls! The plane ride home AKA my first plane ride alone was emotional when my mom first dropped me off at the air-port. Once I got in the Tampa air-port though, I was fine. Being home alone is weird though because I am used to being with her, so thankfully I have something to do tomorrow. When I got home I was so thankful to be home! I graduated on May the 18th and last night was my 4th night home since I graduated, so my bed felt very very good! I also turned 18 in March! Whoot, Whoot! I can buy a lottery ticket, if only I was 21, but here are some pictures from my parties. They both very low key, one was with my friends and family then the second one was just with my family. The cake was made by a lady in town, it was yummy! Thats All For Now Maggie

I went to a scrapbooking retreat and didnt even take a picture! Sorry. But I had tons of fun. That night that I came home, my madre was home from a 4 week trip overseas, I had mixed emotions on her being home haha! It was pretty nice having the house to myself being just my dad and I were home.
October came in with a BANG! First my parents were off to Vegas then we were off to Ole Miss 2 days after they got back. Can u say Crazy?
Halloween was very fun with the littuins but it was so COLD!

Emma Grace

Sweet Emma Grace arrived Thursday afternoon at 4:34, I think:). She weighed 7 pounds and 5 ounces. I missed her birth :( but that was made up by being the 3rd person to hold her! These pics are, the banner I made for her baby shower that we had a couple of weeks ago, Emma Grace and I last night, and Emma in her so so cute bow today. I spent my entire afternoon with the new fam and enjoyed baby Emma since the seniors didnt have school today because we got back from DC last night and everyone is getting back from "N'Oleans" or New Orleans late tonight. She is precious, super cute and much smaller than we thought she would be lol!

Congrats Jen, Alex and Welcome Emma Grace to the Blane Family

Blogging

Hi if you are here from Kelly's Korner, welcome! One of my tips about blogging is remember to update your blog and I also like to make 2 blog lists like I have done on my blog! I'm sorta new to blogging and need some help with pictures, do you have any recommendations? I sure hope you do for me! Also scroll down and read some other posts and let me know how my writing is!

So my questions for y'all are!
-How do you find topics for post?
-How do you find a fast/ easy way to upload pics? ( Is there one)
-What do you think about my writing/ journal?

Tips
-Remember to update often
-Have 2 or more blog columns one for family/ close friend and one for friends/ people you really don't know and maybe a recipe/ savings one!

Enjoy!

OMG

Or......

O My Georgia!
On Saturday, I spent the morning and early afternoon with my favorite almost 1 YEAR OLD, Georgia! I thought I was going to have Charlie also, so I had planned for us to do tons of fun things like go to the Farmers Market downtown since it was Saturday and then go to the Public Library for story time. But Georgia and I only did the Farmers Market. Then we came back home, I tried with no success to get her down for a nap so we just played! Here are some pics!

The one above is so my fav! It was her climbing under the coffee table and it was so cute! I just love that smile!

This is her sweet mommas favorite! I posted all of these on facebook and out of all she liked this one the best, the one below!
I dont know if I have told yall how much I LOVE this family! I have been through the up and downs with their little boy, he has hit me, kicked me, and even cussed at me but they still "invite" or "ask" me back to babysit! We do have our breaks like after we got back from Palm Island I didnt hear from them for about 2 or 3 weeks and during the winter they didnt need a sitter for about 2 months! But I love my Grays lol!

These 2 are GA playing on her activity table and on the floor! She loves to play!

Have A Great Week!

There were a few days that this was not followed! On Tuesday, Robert and Justin went to try to get a BOAT for us to go out on! No luck but, we all went Wednesday and got a boat and went to Cabbage Key, where Jimmy Buffett was inspired/ wrote Cheeseburger In Paradise! That was a lot of fun! On Thursday it was sorta rainy that we didnt even make it to the beach! Instead we went to Bocca Grande, an upscale shopping community! It was alot of fun and we had the greatest PIZZA their before we went shopping! Virginia found the cutest romper, I found some really cute flip flops and Kristi got some dresses!
On the last day, we layed out at the pool because it was way to rough to the beach plus it was really windy! Also on the last day I got to jump off a bridge! Yes a bridge, when I told my mom I was doing it I think she panicked lol! But, jumping off that bridge is 1 of the things I remember from Palm Island! If you were to go to PI and jump off the bridge, heres some tips!
-Do it during high tide, thats usually during late afternoons
-Make sure little ones wear life jackets, although I can swim and once you do, you can touch the bottom but Charlie who is 4 had to wear a life jacket!
-Dont jump toward the end of the bridge, as I said I could touch near the end of the bridge so jump toward the middle!
-Dont throw your back out like Justin! It does hurt, I almost needed some advil and im 17 so Justin did something to his back, and all I can say is TGF Virginia!
-Last but not least is HAVE FUN!

On our last day here it was travel day! We had a plane leaving at 5 pm from Sarasota but, on our way to the airport we received a call saying we would not leave Charlotte until 9:40! We spent the morning cleaning up and packing around the condo then Virginia and Kristi, Robert and Justin, and the kids headed down to the beach for pictures, guess how happy those guys were about that lol (I had to chase Charlie around the house to get him dressed.) :)
After pictures we were out! We decided to go eat lunch and that almost made us miss our plane to Charlotte which ended up not being late but we did have to sit on the plane for about 40 min!
I had a wonderful time and could of stayed another week with the girls! These girls were so much fun, we stayed up late talking and had lots of fun! Thanks for taking me!
